Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actress. She played Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks Danielle Brooks and Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's House. Her most recognizable role is Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 film White Chicks. Her other roles include television roles such as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox's House; Danielle Brookson from the network USA Networks Covert Affairs and Lura in HBO Drama Big Love. Born and raised in Massachusetts Dudek was a student at Northwestern University where she got her first acting role in a stage production of The Iphigenia Cycle. The show was performed off Broadway, and in New York City. There she was awarded the Joseph E. CALLOWAY award for her amazing performance. American Theater Magazine featured her as one the 10 best theatre actors to follow. Dudek played roles on TV as well as in films. From 2008 until 2016, the talented actress married Matthew Heller. Dudek was originally was born at Boston Massachusetts, on March 22, 1975. Her family was from Newton. In her early days she was a student at Northwestern University where she performed in several theater productions. She also made her Broadway debut on Wrong Mountain (2000). In the following year she won an award, the Connecticut Critics Circle Award, for her performance of The Glass Menagerie. She then appeared on television initially in The Book Group, a British comedy drama The Book Group. In the meantime, she has guest-starred in a variety of other TV shows including Desperate Housewives How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs as well as Six Feet Under. Dudek also played Lucinda Barry in the pilot episode of Psych and then a schoolteacher who has a sexual relationship to one of her pupils in Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek later landed a frequent character on House starting in the fourth season as Amber Volakis, one of the doctors who are being considered by the Dr. Gregory House for permanent positions on his team. She was a character throughout the season, but she was being killed off during the house's final Heart and Head episode. House will later see her as a distorted version of herself in the episode of five seasons Saviors. Dudek appeared later as a character on Mad Men, as the neighbor close to Francine Hanson. In addition, she was the antagonistic wife for Alby Grant on Big Love. Both roles were repeated. In 2010, Dudek joined the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks as the daughter of the central character. Dudek also appeared in various films, playing Tiffany Wilson the cruise line heir Tiffany Wilson's in 2004's comedy White Chicks.
